i have said it before ya have to figure in the cost of fixin your n when ya ter it up doin that nabures lot for him just cus he saw ya out havein fun workin with yer favorit toy oh i meen tractor.

Yes, there is a lot in the archives.

You didn't say if you were hiring the work or providing the work.

If your hiring it, then $35-$55 is what you might see.

If you are planning to do the work for another person I would say to forget about it...the liability is not worth a few bucks.

If you are not insured you are wide open for any and all liability regardles of the injury to human or live-stock. Also, there is no telling what you will find in an unknow field that can mess up your equipment.

I know some guys do it, but it's a big risk today with the way people litigate everything.

This isn't to be harsh or anything, but I recall some really good threads on this topic. They discussed pricing, bartering and even some legal considerations. Maybe a search will turn some up.

I can't remember all the details, but I recall they were good reading.

It depends on the area as to the price. I have seen quotes from 40 - 75 an hour with 2 hour minimums.

Around here 40.00 an hour is pretty much the going rate.
