Ok I rebuilt the carb.. looks brand new.. I still loose power and have notices a build up of what looks like oil on the second from the front spark plug. I put ion a ring seal product and some engire restore. Could it be a problem with the point and the spark plug not sparking... I am now getting really fristraited..

Thanks to all who have helped so far....

If there was a product on the market that would work in "Restoring Engines" then no one would rebuild engines. This is pure snake oil. You need to take a compression check of your engine. I suspect some wear in cylinder nr. 2.. If the compression is significantly lower in nr. 2, then all the additives and carb rebuilding will not help. The only remedy would be to rebuild just nr 2. or if warranted the whole engine. You can buy parts just to rebuil one cylinder... and would not have to split the engine. But the pan would have to be removed.
Happy Motoring
