8N, Boxscraper, and Landscaping

I am using a box scraper with my 8N to do landscaping. Here in Arkansas we grow rocks. In fact, they multiply faster than rabbits. My box scraper wants to bounce over the rocks and unlevel spots. It acts like it needs more weight in the back.

Also, when I use it to smooth out our long, gravel road it leaves ruts from the front, outside edges of the box scraper.

Do any of you have suggestions on how to assist with both problems? Thanks ahead of time for your help.

Well Pastor,
I adjust my top link to angle the front edge of
my box blade up so that it doesn't leave ruts.
As for boucing over rocks, well we have plenty
here in the hill country of Texas and I'm not sure
if adding more weight will help.
