What is it about these things. every time I see one in the paper I am drawn to it. So, I beleive I found the ultimate basket case today. It's all pretty much there including one of those Monroe shock absorber seats. The sheetmetal is in excellent condition, no bondo or dents, and rust is all minor. Now, if I can just figure out how to get it home.

I'm located in Alpharetta, Ga. Be glad to look at your extras that you might part with. Where are you located?

I know what you mean. I got mine from dad a little over 1 year ago (wore slam out),I mean very tired. It is in about 200 pieces, and everytime I see one setting I got to find out if it is for sale and what price. I'm looking for the steal of a deal. Don't need it just got to have More, More ,More.

I take it by your message that it does not run...

I have relatives in Fairburn GA (SW of Atlanta) that could help maybe.

No, It is far from running. This is a hand-me down / restoration project that never got finished or started for that matter. It's missing the carb and generator and probably a lot of other things that I haven't noticed yet. From the serial number it shows to be a '49 and from what I can tell hasn't been tinkered with a whole lot. There are a few surplus parts that I will post for sale / trade as soon as I inventory everything.
