Engine knock on 2n

have a knock in my 43 2n seems to be coming from about half way up between no.2 and 3 cyl. on the manafold side . been there for three years, not getting any louder, the oil presure is 40 to 50 psi any ideas would be great. thanks

Engine knock is usually caused by defective bearings. Sometimes engine knock is confused with other suources of noise. Piston slap, tappet noise, defective exhaust maifold etc... Since it has been there for 3 years and does not seem to get any worse, perhaps it would be best to forget about it...
