I am still working on my Jub. Got the Carb. rebuilt. It was easy and fun, except looking for various lost parts. If the carb. doesn't work right I will undoubtly change my mind about the fun part.

I have installed a new battery. Made all the necessary connections, but all I get is a click from from the box between the neg. post and the starter. I was hoping to hear the starter engage. Was I hoping for too much?

Also, I have what looks like an original proofmeter in perfect shape. The only problem is the needle is broken right at the shaft. Is there a practical solution to this delima?
I'll post some pictures as soon as I learn how.

Oslo, thanks for any advice

Last time my 2N clicked, I tightened the cable clamps at the battery. Cranks like a champion since then.
