Geez. Those big ol' pics make it really hard to read the posts! Your photo editor lets you make the pic fit the web. Check the size of your pic before you put it up. You can get the size in inches and it would work a lot better for us guys with laptops or otherwise smaller screens if your pics were more like 5x6 (or less) than 10x8.

Well I just looked at my reply and it looks OK. HUummmmm. Take what you can get! :-)

My frustration was partly because I started at 10:30AM and didn't get done (quit I mean) until almost 6:00PM. Had two (long) calls from someone needing printer help plus lunch. Spent the last hour getting no where, that is the way it goes sometimes. I also forgot to add that I like to keep the reduced image about 1 to 1.5 inches in size at 75 pixels per inch.

I am used to trying to help and usually can give fair instructions for someone to follow, step by step. I hope that having the html code already "spelled out" with the place to substitute information specific to the situation, will make it easier for the guys brave enough to try the "fancy stuff" but a little unsure. Heck! I even use "canned" code as much as I can. I do html about once every two months, not enough to keep the CRS brain cells from having data drop out. :-)

Unfortunately, using the "Optional Image URL:" box below the reply Comments: area will not allow the linking to a reduced image. That is why to do it you have to put the html code inside the Comments: box. SO, Rob's request to keep the image sizes down when you use the "Optional Image URL:" box is a good one.

Very few here on this forum are that far into the techie world, now I can fully understand your reason for frustration! I for one actually feel I am doing quite well just to turn the dang thing and find my way to this site!

I agree with you there! I tried to send a picture but the little ink thing at the bottom of the Polaroid broke open and made a mess of my 31/2 floppy drive. May have been like those new $1 bill takers in the pop machines, I may have shoved the photo in facing the wrong way.

Well at least I understand tractors..... .....a little....right?
