Forks seperated from controll valve for some reason, maybe ice may have been holding valve while i was trying to lift,donno.Man is that controll valve hard to get back inbetween them forks.Mine was very firm cannot see how it came out,anayway cleaned slop from out of rear and middle plug areas by hand, but couldnt get under tranny part ,just flushed it out. and works better then it ever has, will hold box blade for an hour. thx for all the help.Oh ya my shifter boot looks in real good shape dont think thats the problem, my tranny dipstick is very sloppy fitting are they all like that? thanx again

the tranny dipstick on mine was a sloppy fit too, so I bought a new one. It is better, but not the best fitting item.
