Howdy Roperboy-
Is there a Dearborn tag on the plow with the model number and serial number? It should say 10-xxx, then we can establish the size. An 8N may be able to pull a single 16, but not two. You should also check the shares, shins, coulters and jointers if it has them. Parts may or may not be hard to find depending on what model it is. A 14-inch seems to be no problem, but a 12-inch, well, parts are as rare as hen's teeth. Fifty clams is still a bargain, LOL...

Durn tooting it's worth $50.
Around here they're getting $3-400 for a 2bottom 14 dearborn in good cond.
If you don't buy it let me know. I'd drive down from MN for that one.

I don't think our Ns will pull a 2 bot. 16 cept if you have loose soil.
Someone will correct me if that's not right I'm sure. Makes it not as desirable.
Maybe you could trade it somewhere for a 14.
For $50 I'd still tear my pants getting my wallet out though.
Let me know what you're gonna do
