I was over on Tractor Talk,(nice shop Mark), and saw a post where someone was complaining about the premium for sale adds. To the credit of the majority of people here, the thread turned into support for Kim and this site. Most were saying they didn't know about the Voluntary Contribution at the bottom of the page.
Many were saying they had no idea, and were now giving to the site.

I have been here for 2 years and I just gave Kim $40. Because I can't live without this site! And I do not want to get freebies from my friends. I have always wanted to support my friends in business, so they can stay in business.

My $40 worth is if you live here you should pitch in.

I want to add to this thread.
I read this thread....and ran home to the N board to start it there. I also had not noticed the tiny link for a tiny amount.

I contribute and I hope every one does. For the knowledge and enjoyment we get it is cheap. Also I hope all have put thier tractor in the registry.

If I had to pay someone to do all the repairs that I learned about on this site, I would have to sell my 9N to pay for them. Instead It's running better than it ever has and starts in sub zero weather on her own. I would not have learned about Zane and the other great minds and reinforced my belief in american ingenuity. The suggested contribution seems abit trivial. An absolute bargain. Rob

I send Kim a double ($16.00) every 6 months. Got it set up in Microsoft Money to remind me. Its the least I can do for this fantastic board!
