Greetings!
Quickest way to a head gasket (and good a price as any, better 'n some) is Yesterdays Tractors, which hosts this web site; I had a siilar problem and fortunately had the presence of mind to take the head to a local machine shop. They found that there were several hairline cracks (and a former repair job), therefore needed a new head (also available from YT). Recommend also checking the block for true, hopefully it is ok and there is no other cracks for fluid to leak out. Is this leak just out of the head/block area, or is there water in with the oil, or oil in in the radiator water?
As ol' Joe Bob Briggs used to say "check it out."

You should find a head gasket easy enough as evidenced by the responses to your message. However, I would if I were you really explore as to why that head gasket failed, e.g. did it overheat and why, is the head flat, is the block warped, are the head bolts all there and are the studs good enough to allow for proper torque down ? You do not mention if you owned the tractor prior to it's failure, so I assume you did not.

I am from a small(5000) farming town and the local parts store(automotive) carries such exotic(?) things there. If your store dosn't have it can they order it? ASK and you shall pay and receive!
good luck
Bill
