It was a real hot summer wasn't it. And the sun was on your head a long time? That's ok, just relax, things will look different by spring. I Hope!!!! Heh! Heh!

Know the felling well. About 2 weeks ago I was shutting down the shop at work With the 2 big JD's in there & walked by the big doors with the yard light coming through the rollup door & Thought does life get any better than this? NOPE it don't. Put the first tractor to bed tonight at about 5PM. All waxed up & sratched up spots repainted, fresh oil in her belly & full of diesel& the heater/AC works on all speeds next spring. One O-ring & a gasket & the 8850 goes to bed for the winter. That only took a month. One KW & 2combines to go before spring. Gawd I love farmin'!!!!! !!!!! !!!!! !!!!! !!!!! !!!!! !!!!! ! And to think some one offered to set me up in my own business doing what ever I wanted... & give up FARMIN'???? I don't think so. Takes a lot of work to fill them bins every year but when I start winter maint. & the bins are all full I know it was a good year. 2003's paycheck is in the bin, LIFE IS GREAT!! Hey! you guys have a good weekend, I will, God willing. Play safe
