Should be closing on my house next week. So I'm bout ready to buy. Still seriously considering to two 9Ns that haven't been run for two plus years for $1500. I had looked at a NAA (Golden Jubilee) this past summer that was in fair shape, tires are checked. He cranked it up for a nimtue for me but I was really there looking at something else he had and didn't check it out too close. He said he wanted $1800 for it. I thought he had gotten rid of it, but I see he's still got it. Don't know if he would come down. He seems like a guy that sticks to his price. Just found this add for a 9N:
9N FORD TRACTOR; high & low range trans. new paint, rebuilt eng. looks good $2250.
This tractor is about 90 miles away. I really need a tractor that's going to be running by Spring. Don't know for sure what it might take to get one of the two running. But I still like that deal. According to him it won't take much to get either one of them running. But we'll all heard that before.
What do you guys think?

You ought to buy them all.
A Jub/NAA that runs is surely worth $1800.
And two 9Ns for the price of one aint a bad deal either. Make one good tractor out of two and sell off the rest of the parts here at YT or on ebay.
Of course if you weren't up for all that work the last 9N with the 2 speed Sherman is a fair price too.
Hard to tell from here.
Let us know wat you buy.
