About a year ago, we had a party for my stepfather's 60th birthday. We had an 8N theme. I printed up placecards with an 8N. We had a cake with one of those frosting photos, of an 8N. We got my stepdad an 8N cap, etc. All in all it was fun.

We also had small 8N & Golden Jube models on each table for folks to take home (tiny models about 1.625 inch long and 1.125 inch wide). We got these tiny models at a toy fest in Batavia, NY in December 2001. We tried to buy more at this year's toy fest but struck out.

I'd like to find an internet source for these tiny models. I'd like to get some 9N's this size. I don't know the scale... 1/64 maybe? Can anyone help me here with a web site? I'd also like to find a good source of Ford N series tractor models/toys of all scales, at reasonable prices (very important for a piker like me). A local tractor shop has newspaper ads for their toy tractors, but they're high with all of their prices, especially the full scale toys. Also, I really have heartburn about buying from an internet site that hasn't any photos of the models. I'm just not familiar enough with the various models available to buy without first seeing what I'm buying.

Can anyone help me on this??? I know this isn't an important issue for this forum, but it's important to me. Thank you in advance.

The Bri Guy

Howdy BriGuy-
Here's a few web sites that have toy tractors and pedal tractors. I just went to my local TSC and got two 8N FORD's for my daughters for Christmas. Cheapest place after I shopped eBay, and the sites.

www.precisiontractors.com

3000toys.com

farmequipmentlimited.com

Hey Bri, I gots a couple sites. e-farmtoys.com, gossetfarmtoys, mooresfarmtoys, & the one I shop at here in Reardan is piperfarmtoys. I got a 1/64th scale farm. elevator, shops, farmer, animals,& trucks & all the equipment to do grain, corn, hay. Most tractor stores have the toys. Walmart here in Spokane has a good selection. I have a 9N but at one time they quit production on the 9N. I'm looking for a seed mill, pit building, & a scale house. All out of production I did see a scalehouse/pitbuildind at Agexpo last year & even got on my knees & begged the lady to sell it to me but all I got was a hat from her husbands welding shop. Go onto Google or dogpile & search for farmtoys. Good luck.

My apologies.

I used to think I could spell until spell checkers came along. I doubt if anyone reading your post failed to understand what you meant and that is what is most important.

I've been thinking about the toys too. Must being heading back into boyhood.

You might check out N-News.com They have some scale models of N's

N - joy.
