How difficult is it to renew the pivot bushing in the center axle. I have the center axle off the tractor and separated from both side axle extensions. I looks like my center pivot bushing is pulled off the pivot pin??

iWithout giving particualrs, it's not that hard of a job..I just made it that way..by trying to be too particular. My bushing was beat..so that's how I got the old one out and the new one in. It's not that expensive a job. and done right will last another , uh, how old are these tractors again?..

You will notice a difference form the git-go when you get everything back together..and you can always tell what you worked on by the greasy, real greasy, not so greasy pages of the manual.

Not difficult at all. The hard part is done. The bushing should fit tightly into the axle. Freeze it before trying to drive it in. Bushing available from any of the fine sponsors.
