Assuming everything is back exactly as it was originally: It might as simple as wiping out any moisture in the distributor cap and/or body with a dry cloth (since you shampooed the engine). If there is any moisture left in the dist body, try a hair dryer. Hook everything up, take it out of gear, turn the key on, pull a plug wire and start cranking. If there is no spark, then its electrical, if there is a spark, then it's fuel. Reinstall the plug wire. If it's electrical, use a voltmeter to trace the voltage from the battery through the switch, through the resistor, all the way to the 'battery' side of the coil. Check the 'points' side of the coil with the voltmeter while you manually open and close the points. If fuel is suspect, spray in some starter fluid into the carb and crank again. If it starts and dies, then you gots no fuel in the bowl (you did remember to turn on the fuel supply, didn't you?). If it doesn't start go back to item one above. Don
