This is advertised as an 8N. I am new to identifying N-series tractors, but this has a lot of "9N" things on it to me.

The rims especially look like 9N rims, and the foot pedal configuration looks like a 9N.

Watch out for the "8N" (think he said it was '54) that needs work on the front brakes. That could be real tough or real easy, depending on how you want to look at it.

Hey tm,
Watch out for that 9N'er character. He's been known to lie... By the way, have you ever seen his tractor and Tyler Neff's tractor in the same place at the same time? You know what I think? There's only one tractor that purty, and they share it.

It is a 2N/9N. 3/4 of the ads will not identify the tractor correctly.. This is common.
Love the grill and bug screen... Happy Motoring

What a heap of a 9N/2N. If it were a really good one at a fair price, it would never make it to Ebay. Mike--Iow

I emailed the seller and he responded that it was
a relative's tractor and he didn't know anything
about it. Note the Sherman? shifter. He didn't know what
type of Sherman it was.

Saw that shifter. Wish it was closer to me in VA. I would go see it. I'd of course take the trailer just incase it was what I think. Just can't bring myself to commit thousands on a bad picture. Dale in VA.
