I was considering getting a front dozer blade I found locally. It's about an hour drive so I thought I would gather opinions before deciding to head out.

The seller says it's either Dearborn or Ford. I assume it's labeled as dearborn. It's a model that uses the rear 3pt to raise and lower the blade via cables.

The only informed questions I could ask were if it had been welded/repaired and it all he had all the parts (no, yes, respectively).

He's asking $250. Worth a look? These seem somewhat rare.

Hey Rob, I'm pretty sure that this implement uses the same sub-frame as the 19-2 snow blade talked about in the last few days. If you scroll down to that post, you'll see my response with a picture of the frame for the blade. It may help you check out the prospective purchase to ensure that you do indeed have all the key parts.

Hope this helps..... ..... .....Ed
