I posted a message a while back about an "800" series tractor that a dealer has for sale, that looks to me more like a jube than an 800. (at least from the ones I've seen).

Anyway, I looked a little closer today. The serial # is NDA 4024B, and it has 5 speeds.

The rear axles don't look identical to the ones on my 8N, but they don't look like the ones on the jubilee I use either (at the in-laws).

Any other ideas? I am intrigued by the "NDA". Diesel?

Rob, go to the site I have linked. Patiently read the narrative and it will explain what the NDA means. Then click on the serial number button and examine the pics showing you where to find and how to decode the model number and serial number. Be informed. Don't be taken.

Thanks jim, I checked there several times but could not find a reference to NDA. I wasn't being patient enough.

The relevant info is linked below.

This is the casting code for the rear axle center housing on an 800 series tractor.
