Has anyone else looked at ebay item# 1065714003? They have it advertised as a 52 wrench set. Looks like to me that there is 1 Ford wrench along with the rest Model T wrenches? Am I wrong? Thanks, R0N

Well, it ended up going for $215.00. More power to the seller, although his listing information was incorrect... FYI TO ALL N OWNERS---
the N tools DID NOT come with a tool bag, and this particular set had the incorrect versions of the monkey wrench, the pliers, and the large open end wrench. I suggest if you are an N owner seeking tool information, try the NAFTCO site or Harry Kidd's site, or John Smith's site. I'm just trying to help...

Hi Tim. The picture is not very good, so it's hard to tell for sure, but I don't see what the problem with this tool kit is, other than the pouch, which was included in Ford car tool kits. What is it that you don't think is "correct"?

Hello Ed-
From the picture of the tool kit in question, I can not see a FORD logo on the Monke wrench, although it could be a generic version; look at the slider, it is solid, and the pliers may have the FORD logo and the obligatory screwdriver tip on one handle end, but the correct version would be the McKaig/Hatch slimmer handle with NO FORD logo, and the large open wrench end appears to be for the car kits by the way the points of the open end form an oval if completely connected. I always thought that if it said FORD, then it was ok. Research has taught me otherwise...I know it is a lousy picture and without close-ups, it is hard to tell for sure, and I may be wrong, but to my eye I see it as being not correct.

Hey Tim,

Curious, why do you think the plow wrench is wrong?

My picture is not very clear so I can't really tell much about it. Or are you talking about the larger of the two smaller open end wrenchs?

Since the common belief is that by 1952 the only tools provided with the tractor were the plow wrench and the spark plug wrench, maybe this set is really wrong, with 5 extra tools and bag...lol.

Thanks.
Don

Hello Don-
I did not say that the plow wrench is wrong...the Monke, or adjustable wrench.

Also, the LARGE open end looks wrong, not the plow wrench...
