Today I took my 8n to the woods. Cut a 80 foot
poplor that had fallen down from the wind. I had two
pieces 27 feet long and one piece 18 feet. It was in some tight places, but after much
struggle and ingunuity I was able to get them out.
Almost had more tree than tractor, but the tractor
won.

Hi A,
What part of the State are you in? I'm looking forward to garden time, but won't plant until about April. What's the planting schedule in your area ? I'm down in the southeast not far from Dothan.

Hey, Dothan! There is a place I haven't been to since '67. Ft. Rucker, I believe. I did my AIT there as MOS 67C20, single engine, fixed wing, aircraft mechanic. Would you believe, the Otter?

Alexander City
As soon the ground gets dry enough I will plant taters and mybe a few early peas. Serious planting is last of March or first week in April
through May.
