No, but close. The NAA/Jubilee had a dealer installed live pto option available, but they were kind of fragile and impossible to get parts for now. From the factory, the first live pto Fords were the 660 and 860. The Fords from 1955 to 1957 were issued in series (600 series, 800 series, etc) with various models available within each series. The 640 you mentioned is a four speed trans with non-live pto and a 3ph. The 650 had a 5 speed trans, non-live pto and a 3ph. The 660 had the 5 speed trans, live pto and 3ph. The difference between the 600 and 800 series was mainly the engine size, the 600 series had the same 134 cu in engine as the Jubilee where the 800 series had a bigger 172 cu in engine. Looks like the Ford my dad had when I was a kid was an 861-D. Powermaster I think.
