Need help, bought two new sectors and pinion shaft for my 2n. how do you shim and align the sectors correctly? I follow my litature and when ether full right or left the wheels dont seem to be parralle but straight ahead seem to be?thanks in advance.Reno J.

The toe-in should be 1/4" when the wheels are "straight" ahead. You need to center the steering wheel with 1/2 the number of turns lock-to-lock, then adjust the drag lings to bring the wheels into alignment. The outside wheel in a turn will travel a greater distance than the inside wheel, as George has stated. That makes the inside wheel look like it is turning more sharply, which it is.

Hey BG: where would be the best place to check for the 1/4 in.Would you use the back of the rims and then the front of the rims about half way up? Thanks...R.M. In AL.
