Serial # on engine reads 9N209527,axle part # starts with 2N.Gould this be a 1946 2N?. It also has a Ferguson System emblem on front. Please let me know Bob

yup. 1946 2N. All original 2N engines will have a 9NXXXXX serial number. If you look closely at the oval Ford badge, there should be a tiny 2N stamped in the backfround below the script Ford. The Ferguson System badge is correct. You can also check the various casting numbers on flywheel housing, axles and transmission case.

Do you know where I could get the emblem you are talking about. I have a 2N with the Ferguson System badge, but over the years have lost the Ford emblem. A must for my restoration!!! Thanks a bunch.
