Shoot, "Big Boss" Dailey made that an art form in Chicago. He'd hold that district out until the last minute, take a pulse to see how many votes were needed to carry it and start getting em cranked out. Jeb Bush shoulda paid better attention when he was growing up (grin). Let's keep our fingers crossed.

God help you NY'ers. You reap what you sow (pronounced both ways here.....LOL). Looks like Queen Hill had NY pretty well figured out with regards to her being able to roll in there with her carpet bag and use y'all as the springboard for her run for Prez. We'll pray for you guys.

At least we ran ole Chuckie Robb outta office in VA. With him and Slick Willie leaving D.C., that's two less coke sniffing, philandering scum bags running around that town. Talk about two peas out of the same pod. The only reason ole Chuckie didn't end up as a security guard at a self-storage vault after he got out of the Marines is that he was the only Marine in the White House who would date LBJ's butt-ugly daughter (LOL!!!!).

ROFL..... ...Ed

Thanks for your prayers and good wishes,When I see either Willy or Hilly, I get physically ill! How anyone could support or believe anything those two say is mind boggling. Just shows that the average American citizen(not the ones here!)obviously need someone to remind them to breath.I'm beyond disgusted!

I think with the wrench in the vote and unable to declare a clear winner we should take the best from both parties and award the presidential election to Cheney and Leiberman. Any thoughts? :)

Not a bad idea. But who gets to sit in the big seat?

Thank You for that Dave. I am really tired of trying to make folks understand that I don't keep my veal calf in an apartment and that I don't have to find an open meter to park the 8n in front of.

You are both absolutely right and i should know that. In '97 I drove my motorhome all across this country and spent several days in upstate NY (finger lakes area). What a beautiful place that is! No, I didn't even feel the urge to visit NYC, especially in a motorhome!

Jim-
I'm on the NY/PA border, about 40 miles south of the Finger Lakes. Beautiful country and great farm country up there. Lots of old tractors around, many still working. In-laws live up on Lake Ontario between Rochester and Buffalo. Again farm country but also lots of orchards. Great area for anyone interested in orchard tractors.
I went for a drive in the country yesterday during the noon hour just to recharge my "sanity" batteries; within 5 miles, I found for sale a 9N and 2 8'N's. People who aren't part of this hobby sometimes have a hard time understanding why I take back roads to get where I'm going and why I'm always looking at the hedgerows and behind the old barns and sheds.
Anyway, I live 175 miles from NYC, I'm 57 years old and I'm proud to say that I've only been to the so called "Big Apple" three times in my life.

Been to NY city once myself. Don't think I'll go back soon. It was like going into another world. It was nearly ten years ago and I'm told it's a little better now. The rest of the state is fine though. Like most of this country. Here in VA we have had sen. Robb for 12 years. Hope (ya'll) don't have that _____ for that long. Best wishes. Dale in VA.

Dale-
We won't have her for the full 6 year term; if you watch, in about two years she'll start making noise about running for the Preisdency. And after what happened in this country on Tuesday, who's to say she won't win!??

South Apalachin
With a name like "Pitch," I'm going to make a guess that you grew up in the Warren Center area (which could include Little Meadows, Cadis, Windham, Rome) How close am I?
