I finally got everything together for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I bought the blade and tracks last year and did quite a bit of work to both. It was very rewarding but sure hard to wait. My 2N sat on jack stands from Nov through February because of lack of time and believe it or not . . . sure seals. I was so maddened by those things I almost went crazy. I finally used sandpaper to reduce the diameter. I hope they work. I only got to use the setup on snow once. The scoop was a must for the added weight. My traction was greatly improved though over chains. My rears are not filled. Everything was going great until I forgot to raise the blade/scoop in my soft lawn in front of my house when I backed up. Now I have a small pond. My wife sure liked it:)

What a great idea. I wonder could this be installed on a 9N? How does it work? How much for the parts. Would you do it again? I use my 9N for snow plowing with the grader blade, your idea looks to be much better. Please advise.
