Lower arms are $28 at Fleet Farm in Burnsville, MN. Cheap enough... but then, so am I!!! The eyeball ends were in danger of falling out so last night I hacksawed almost 3/8" out of the loops, squeezed and hammered them closed again, then added the wire feed to it. Works good and I've repaired instead of consumed. Good for another 50+ years?

Had that happen to me. Blackberry briar snatched the pin loose. Wise old neighbor said uh huh, little baling wire wrapped around that pin will put a stop to that. It has so far.

Yep, my bushhog chewed one up! I heated and beat it straight. It's scarred-up but mostly straight and good enough.

I did that a couple years ago on my Jubilee...the front pin came off (the one by the axle)...and it was nearly eaten by my brushhog! Took it off..."bridged" it across 2 bricks (carefully chosen for thickness...I didn't want to bend it the other way!)...then ran the front tire up on it.

Heehee..it worked and I'm still using it!

However, they ARE pretty cheap...and can be gotten almost anywhere.

Good Luck,

2NTim
