Found this in the show guide to the left..
I will be going one of the days - weather forecast will be my day decider, Saturday if both days are going to be nice. This is a big show - had a good time last year. Lotza stuff!!

I went to this swap meet last year for the first time as well. Lotsa stuff! At the time, I hadn't bought my 8n yet, so I wasn't focused on Ford or Dearborn stuff.

I learned something somewhat disappointing recently about that show... many of the collectors & seller's of the Ford & Dearborn stuff get together prior to the show and exchange the really "good stuff" amoungst themselves. This may be common practice for all swap meets, but it's a little disappointing for someone who's hoping to find a rare component or implement for his/her N.

Regardless, weather permitting and if I can slip away from the "honey-do" list, I'll make the trip over from Hudson, WI one of the days.

I'm a new ford owner and have heard great things about this event. Thanks for posting the dates. I'll be easy to spot. Look for a rookie with a pliers and crescent wrench in his pockets that is asking a lot of questions.

For those traveling to event from the south, don't forget to add some time for a stop at Cabela's in Owatonna, MN. Great place to visit, even if you don't hunt or fish.

I was at Le Sueur in 2000. If their swap meet is anything like their show, it should be great. I would really like to go but can't convince wife that the 1400 miles round trip is a one day thing or that we could sleep under the equipment trailer. ;>)
