I dont thing the country is evenly split on the candidates, I thing the country figured out that it doesnt matter whom they put in office because with all their promises they still have to get it past congress and then theres the lobbiest.

Some food for thought.....
"Bush and Cheney" Interesting... here is some food
for thought when you head to the voting booth this
November... This is why it's IMPERATIVE that we go
out and VOTE on Tuesday, November 7!

> > > While in congress Cheney voted -----

> > > against the Equal Rights Amendment
> > > against pro choice for women
> > > against the banning of cop killer bullets

> > > against allowing gays to serve in the military
> > > even though his daughter is gay)
> > > against a national hate crimes bill
> > > and against campaign reform
> > > against public education to name a few issues...

And now for Mr. Dubya himself.....

Well, if Gore gets in I won't be able to get to work anymore unless I take the bus. My 84' Olds and 93' Plymouth will be outlawed due to failure to pass emissions tests. My 64' Chevy pickup will be declared a "classic" vehicle which can only be driven to car shows. Do you think Gore will give me a new car to clean up the environment? My 2 cents. Gene.

If Mr. Bush gets in....your job will only pay $3.00 and change per hour so it wont be worth going to.....Just my 2 cents

There is an eerie resemblence to the Green Party Platform and the Communist Manifesto... Dissolution of the 50 top Coorporations in the US and turn them over to state owership? We would all go to he__ in a handbasket would he have been elected.
Happy Motoring

I have no problem with that.

I see on the news tonight, a class of 4th graders got to see the original ballots and 1/2 were to vote Gore, 1/2 of the class Bush.
NONE of the 4th graders had a problem voting for Gore. I think 4th graders may be smarter than a few thousand folks in a certain south east coastal state.

Maybe if you don't have the intelligence or common sense to be able to read and follow instructions you don't have what it takes to make an informed decision about who should be runing our city, county, state or federal government.

Just think of it. Machines counted every ballot all over the United States. But they had to Manually Count the Florida ballots. Are the Machines Stupid down there or what? Let's take a recount.

lllll lllll lllll lllll lllll lllll lllll lllll
lllll lllll lllll lllll lllll lllll lllll lllll

This is going to take quite a while.

I think if they messed up the count in Florida, that means they should Recount each vote in every state. And what makes them think a hand count would be any better. We could Drag this out till the next Election.

I had similar thoughts...if it is 'fair' in FLA to count all 5 million votes again BY HAND, then let's do the whole county, starting with Iowa, Wisconsin, New Mexico, and Oregon...some other close states.

sheeesh...
