is the clutch rod available anywhere ,,,,, ,,or could and should I just go to the hardware store and get some threaded rod and clevis????thankds pat

Do you have an 8N or a 9N?? What is wrong with your original one??

its a 9n and they , one of the other owners, made it longer. for some reason,,, added about a almost 2 inch spacer in the middle of it,,, so I run out of threads to adjust clutch,,, and make the brake work the way it is supposed to,,, the clutch seems to be ok but the adjustment wont allow the brake to come on when applied,, for me it aint so bad but since my injury I have had my 10 yr old using iot for small chores...and it is hard for him to use both feet at the same time,,,on the brakes so need toi get it adjusted right,,,, thanksd pat

Well, I guess that the hardware store is the place to go if you are in a hurry to git the job done. Maybe the original can be repaired?
