I HAVE NEW 12.4X28 IN TIRES ONE LOOKS TALLER THEN THE OTHER THE NEW RIM IS FOR SURE 10 INCH COULD THE OTHER BE A 11 INCH AND WHAT PROBLEMS WILL I HAVE THANKS GUYS

If you bought Two tires that are the same size. 12.4-28's. Then they are the same size. the difference with the 10" or 11" is how wide the rim is. It would only look a little wider.

Can you use a Board, standing up beside the tire and Mark it and go round and check the other side? It just might be the tire Presure too. Low presure will let it set lower.
