Just got through putting the governor back on after rebuilding it and replaced governor spring. You can believe the difference in the old 8N.Throttle works perfect. It was where it had no change in the speed until it was past 1/2 throttle. Now it works great. It use to bogg down when going up hill almost to the point of quiting the only way to keep it going was to keep pulling back on the throttle. Now when going up hill the governor kicks in and takes charge. When I took the governor apart I found the 4 bearings had 2 big flat spots on each bearing and the race also had 4 flat spots on it. Just wanted to say thanks for all the help and keep up the wealth of knowledge on this board for people like me with a million questions. Thanks guys...
