Any one out there no where I can get a new 8N Volt.Reg. 6V. Preferably Ontario, Manitoba or Michigan U.P. and what kind of price. Thanks guys, not for me but some other poor soul who has to keep swinging on the handle, I prefer the 12 volt conversion for my working tractor.

That one of those great things about N-Tractors, most of the automotive stuff is readily available at your local autoparts store, NAPA, Schucks, Autozone, and even amazingly enough, your local Ford parts counter. Just remember to "polarize" your new voltage regulator and your 6 volt battery should be POSSITIVE GROUND..... ...Dell

Polarizing the regulator ????? ????? ?? Dellie .

Could you quote me the textbook you got that from ?

Polarizing the generator means --to establist the residual magnetism so that the generated voltage is the same polarity as the battery polarity ,in this case ,+ve ground .

Larry, call Don on their toll-free number on their web site. He's knowledgable and a good guy to talk to. I think they've been working on their web site recently.
