8N Baler test

I ran a few bales of straw through the John Deere 14T baler behind the 8N last night to test the baler. The N seemed to run it with ease. We'll see how it handles a wind row. Will finish the stationary draw bar prior to that. Gonna pick up a hand full of shear pins. ;-)

You are going to have to learn how to quick shift into neutral and re-engage that clutch real fast bale hay with the 8N. It can be done. I have baled thousands of bales of hay with one but you do gotta do the quick neutral thing or you are going to be clogged up all the time and digging hay out of the baler infeed.

Well now if Zane would get busy on makeing a live PTO for the N series tractor we would not have that problem in the windrows would we. " Grin" Dave.
