My '52 8N starts fine, but after a few minutes, the engine dies. Then after a minute or so, cranks and runs fine. The sediment bowl does not have an unusual amount of trash, and I have drained the fuel tank and flushed it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Ron.

Lets go with a possible bad condenser, ignition switch, or coil .

Forgot to mention the filter in the elbow at the carb. So that is 3 filters. Two in at the sediment bowl assy. And one in the elbow at carb.

Just went through the same thing. Removed the sediment bowl assembly and blew the crud out with air. But you could have an electrical problem. Check to make sure you have spark after it dies.
