It finally turned into summer this week in Missouri. I have been cutting the field early in the morning to remove the very high grass/weeds in about thirty-five acres with my 2N and a 5ft hogger.
The brushhog is a little worn and demands a little attention. First the bracket holding the chains broke, required welding and then back at it. A short time later the wheel bracket broke and required welding, and then back at it. And then the retainer chains to upper hitch broke, required welding and then back at it. And then it broke again and demanded additional attention.
I have about fifteen acres to go. Because of the amout of rain we have been receiving the grass is very thick and almost to your belly button.
The old 2N just keeps going and has never missed a lick until the hog needs attention. I tow the brushhog back to the barn for repair and the 2N just sits there ready to continue..... .....

Tell me about it! I am going to be at boy scout camp with my troop all week and it is supposed to be in the low 90's all week. Should be great for sleeping! Hot and humid. Chrisr
