Hey Rusty,

When your done plowin' send some snow our way. We've only had about 8 inches so far but it's meltin' fast. I'm anxious to put the chains and 7' back blade on Henry for the season.

I think you have been bittin' by the bug. From here you'll find that every task around home and farm needs the help of that old tractor!
Enjoy the snow plowing!

I got bit by this N bug years ago. I've had this 2N for 15 years. It use to plow my road out when I lived back in the woods. 1 1/4 of road every time it snowed. Drug the firewood logs when I was selling wood for a liveing. She got water in the oil & it was a few years before I had the money & place to fix her. When equipment sits It rots. New engine, went through the tranny & diff. & the hyd pump. She's a new tractor now. I thought it was a tough tractor before, she be a bad tractor now!!! My brother-in-law calls it my wife. paint & rear tires is about all she needs now. She aint pretty but she sure works again.I'd put a pic on but I would be embaressed. Next to the ones I've seen on here I would be laughed out of the country. I love the big JD's I run at work but this 2N is such a blast to run & work with. I inherited from my Dad so it's like spending time with him also. The only Ford he ever owned. These things will move mountians just not as fast as a D9 cat. Enjoy your N's but play safely Rusty 2N

Hey Rusty 2N,
Don't feel embarassed to post a picture of your trusty 2N, I love seeing these old tractors in their work clothes. After they are restored, they all look the same to me. But, when they are unrestored, they have character, like an old soldier that has earned his medals. Go ahead and post some pictures of that wonderful old tractor that has served you so well.

I agree. Post a picture. Believe it or not most of the owners on this board don't have perfectly restored beauties, we work them.

Any excuse to post a picture. Above is my '48 last spring which I've had as a 'Bluebelly' since 1977. Believe it or not, some of the owners on this board work on restoring them using some of the valuable information being posted every day.

My '48 8N is still a blue belly. When I get around to rebuilding it, I'll paint it the correct color. Until then, I'll keep using it!
