WHERE CAN I FIND THE SERIAL # FOR MY NAA? WHAT SHOULD THE ORIGINIAL COLOR BE? WHAT ARE THE TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS FOR OVERHAUL? ANY INFORMATION ON THIS TRACTOR WILL BE VERY HELPFUL.

Serial Number:
Look on the casting, near where the Starter attaches to it. There's a flat area where the S/N was hand stamped. If it's been painted a few times, you might have to scrape off some paint to see the numbers are even there.
As for color, I re-painted mine a year ago. (Red and Gray, as it came off the line) The most common paint color mistake is to use the 9N & 2N gray. That's not the right color gray. I found the the folks at Just 8 N's (1-888-355-9937) had the correct gray for an 8N and NAA. It's more of a cream color than gray. Also look at the "Paint Codes" link on the Research part of this great YT page. Lot's of great info.

Paul -
You can find out all this information and even more that you haven't even thought about yet by visiting this fine site.
Good luck with your NAA. Be sure to get yourself a copy of the FO-19 manual. You'll get a lot of use out of it as well.
