Went to the Antique Steam Assn. tractor show in Mason, Mich. (south of Lansing) Saturday, very good turnout. A few big steamers, they're fun to watch in the tractor pull! Far more gas engined tractors though, lotsa Farmalls, Cases, AC's, Deere's up the wazoo, a few offbeat and interesting items, and exactly 1 8N. Also a lovely blue and light gray 9N. Disappointing Ford showing, but then I didn't take mine either... One fella had a neat park-bench type seat mounted on his 3-point, carried the family around with it, I thought it was a good idea.Ok flea market too, but lots of OT craft stuff and junk I would have thrown away (which is saying something!). Found two Ford screwdrivers, one made by "Advance Tool" supposedly for Ford tool kits, the other one was genuine but in poor shape. $10 for both, I went home happy. We gotta get the Fords out there....
