'51 8N - About a month ago I parked it with the bush hog lifted up in the air and it took a little over three hours for it to drop to the ground. Now after only a couple of hours mowing, it drops down to the ground within about 5 minutes. I hooked up a post hole digger last night(which weighs a lot less than the bush hog), raised it up, turned off the pto and drove a little ways across the bumpy barnyard and all of the sudden the digger just dropped instantly to the ground. I thought I might of heard a "pop" a fraction of a second before it happened. Turned the pto on, lifted it up again, turned the pto off, then the same thing happened. Could the relief valve have gone bad?

Yeah, that's a prime suspect.
