Well, I just received the Cam Follower pin "kit" from Zane. I plan to remove the lift cover plate this coming week-end. I have read quite a few postings regarding this . My question is do I just remove the lift cover after removing linkage and the hold-down bolts? How does the fluid get to the lift piston? Do Ihave to be concerned about the internal plumbing? I believe that the piston comes off with the cover. I did get the cover gasket and "O" ring kit. Any advice would be very helpful and apprciated. Thanks, albe

Look on page 2 of the instructions and it will advise you on how to remove the ram cylinder.
Also it tells you how to remove the piston from the ram cylinder.
Email me if you have any problems understanding any of the instructions or tne pictures.
