I drive by the New Holland dealer on my way to work everday. He has a 4110 parked out there for sale. I finaly stopped and looked it over the other day. I'm thinking it might maka a good companion for my '39 9N. Can anyone give me some feedback on this machine. This is a gasser and has shinny blue paint (my fave). All feedback is appreciated

Thanks

I think I am right in saying that the 4110 is just a 4000 with 24" rears and shorter front spindals making it a LCG (low center gravity), or at least that is what my 2110 is. If it is a 3 cylinder engine then I am sure it is an LCG, the older 4 cylinders I'm not sure of.

The '65 to '75 4000 is a HORSE! At least compared to the N. Nice heavy, good HP utility tractor. Being an LCG, I wonder if it was a road maintence tractor repainted standard Ford blue. You might check.

I don't know what your circumstances are, but if you want a tractor that will push over small trees (up to 3") and "eat" them with a brush hog, then the 4110 will definately doit!! I have the smaller 3000 and have "mowed" small trees with it. NOISY!!! :-)

Regards,
Larry

I'm thinking I would like to put a good rugged loader on it. And maybe when my ship comes in a three point mount backhoe. I would keep the N around for light bladen and Farmi winch work. ( if you havent used one of these critters you don't know what yer missing. My N will pull unimaginable weight with one of these winches at idle)
Thanks for you comments
