I put on a radiator from a tractor that had a blown head gasket now oil is floating on top of my antifreeze. Is there a good way to flush it on the tractor or should I take it off. Will oil hurt anything in the water jacket. thanks

The oil will not have any effect on the cooling system on the N tractor unless it really gets thick. Say about a quarter inch thick.

If you will overfill the radiator it will spit out the oil when the engine heats up. Do this as many times as it takes to get the oil off the top of the water.

Oil has been floating on top of the water in my TO 20 Ferguson for at least 20 years and it hasn't hurt it yet. Don't know exactly how long it would take before it started to do harm.
I'll tell you later!

Rod..... ..nawh....little oil in radiator won't hurt. Matter of fact, there is a little special oil in anti-freeze to lubricate the waterpump bearings anyways. If it really bothers you, you can use "radiator flush" and then re-antifreeze with good 50-50 mix anti-freeze. Just follow directions. I'd also do a re-torque on your cylinder head bolts per specifications and pattern just to be safe, it won't hurt..... ..Dell
