The pieces with the notched hole go on either side of the top link rocker (piece large spring is attached to) of the tractor. And, of course, the top link going to the top of the bushhog hitch is held by that pin. You may need a longer top link pin to get them both on. The pieces with the chains welded to them go on the inside of the lower pins of the bushhog, the lift arms go outside of the limiter chains on the lift pins. On my limiter chains, the pieces with the chains welded on have a slight bend in them so they should be put on the lift pins so the bend is turned to the inside. I put the chains through the top pieces from the inside to the out side. Then I lay the slack over the top of the top link and fasten them together with a double ended clip like the ones used for a dog leash or halter lead. That keeps the loose ends of the chian up and out of harms way.

BE SAFE!!

You DO have an over-running clutch, don't you?!?
If you don't we'll have to sic Dell, the safety preacher, on you! :-)

Regards,
Larry
