Does anyone know of a good way to remove the pin that holds the throttle lever to the throttle hand control shaft without breaking it? I heard these are hard to come by. Thanks in advance!

I didn't know these were hard to come by, but I didn't break it in the first place. I lubed mine up w/some WD40, turned the shaft until the pin lined up with the hole in the dash, and drove it out with a small drift from the seat side of the dash.

Thanks Greg! Yeh, I remember reading some time ago that nobody is even making repros of the throttle parts but maybe that has changed, I will check with Don B before I put too much force on this thing. I tried your method before I posted with no luck, it won't budge. I will let it soak some more and try again. If I can get a new pin I will just drill it out.
