Auction in West Des Moines with long-time Ford and Ferguson man's stuff on the block. A good, straight but slightly rusty 1941 9N $1,800. A great low-low hour 2N with very good, but older repaint and all tight as new $3,100. A 641 with Power Steering, Sherman and heavy front loader running on three cylinders look pretty good but missing grill $4,100. I was tempted by the aboslutely perfect 2N. At $3,100 a bargain! It was original from the generator to the tires (really) and probably as good as a pro-restored high-dollar outfit. I bought all the Ford tractor factory manuals I could carry, but had to pass up others because they were sprinkled in 20 piles. Also got a few of Walt's old tools to use and cherish. 2Fordsmike-Iowa
