Thanks all for the input. Sounds like I'll be bidding on ebay for one.

I wish they would make a CD FO-4 Manual with the pictures taken by the people on this Board. These digital pictures have saved me a lot of trouble and cleared up a lot of points not found in the printed manual.
Thanks to those that took the time to post these.

I have used them quite a bit lately, for better or worse, and am very happy and satisfied. It is great to be able to print out a copy of an exploded view assembly and lay it on the bench next to your stuff, and do it again when you get too much grease on it to be readable!

Hey Robert. I have the CD and I really like it. Since I bought it, I rarely open the paper manuals. I like being able to print out the page(s) that I need and take them to the shop, where I can write notes on them, get em greasy, etc. and just toss em out when done.

I have the manuals on CD for both my 58 and 59 Dodge Power Wagons. I have a laptop computer that I keep in the shop for that purpose. It's handy because I can zoom in on an area that I am looking at and get a close up view of parts, diagrams, etc. I ended up moving the data from the CD to the laptop hard drive so I wouldn't have to worry about the CD all the time.

I like mine. I can print out a parts sheet instead of using my parts manual, which is getting pretty dog-eared. The electrical and fuel system manuals are generic, but informative. The operator's manual and service manual are the same ones that sell on ebay all the time. It' shandy to be able to pull in a picture without using a scanner. It would be nice to have an I&T on CD.

bg, Ed, I wondered how you guys answered my questions with such clear diagrams and illustrations. Now I know. Thanks.
