Hey Roger. Someone here did some research on this a while back, and shared the following info about the Monroe E-Z-Ride Seat:
Monroe E-Z-Ride Comfort Seat Option I tried last spring to find this shock with no luck. My shock had stamped the following information:

2.06” large cover diameter
1.68” small body diameter Retaining ends are as follows:

0.94” WIDE The number for Monroe is 1-800-879-0540 I also tried a couple of different auto stores with no luck. I finally just painted the old one and put it back on. I did replace the rubber bushing with some pieces I got from NAPA. The rubber bushings were 2-piece rubber snubbers, number 215 for 0.62 shoulder bolt. I did have to modify the rubber pieces to fit the taper inside of the shock mounting bore. The Monroe E-Z Ride spec sheet I have doesn't list any dimensions. But it does have part #'s.

NAA #16074 Monroe also made seats for: AC, Case, Corbitt, Co-op, Custom, Farmcrest, Ferguson, Gibson, IH, Inter-Continental, JD, Long, Massey-Harris, MM, Norse, Ostenberg, Oliver, & Sheppard. The brochure states they sold over 600,000 in 4 years.
