Posted this on implement ally but got on answere but I know some of you guy can help. Have just rebuilt a Dearborn 14-1 sickle bar mower which is a little easier to hook up then the 14-15 but I am having quite a problem getting the chains hooked up right. Anyone have any idea where they go? Does anyone know if these old mowers completely lifted the sickle bar off the ground when you raise hydraulics up?
I just ordered a book from n-news that might help

Guessing their about the same when you lift my ford 501 the mower lifts like any three point and the bar lifts maybe 30 degrees from flat.
