What is the horsepower rating of the Farmall 140?
What is the current(09-01-2004) selling price for the Farmall 140 Model? Thank you.

... to ask this on the Farmall forum. Anyway. The Super A had induction-hardened gears, where the A did not. I don't know about the bevel-cut gears. The Super A-1 and Super C had the 123 engine that was carried on through to the 100,200, 130, 140. The 140 had improved brakes, axle bearings, a single belt driving the water pump, generator and fan, 12 volt system, new styling.

I have a 53 Super A and have driven a bunch of 140's. I like the 140's ruggedness over the earlier models. There are bunches of them here in eastern NC and they always bring good money at sales.
